Contar con el SERVICIOS DE CIRUGÍAS CARDIOTORÁCICA Y ADEMÁS CIRUGÍAS PRIORITARIAS CARDIACAS Y/O DE TÓRAX FUERA DEL HORARIO INSTITUCIONAL DE FUNCIONAMIENTO ORDINARIO DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO PARA PACIENTES DE BENEFICIARIOS DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DEL TÓRAX en la cantidad, por el tiempo y valor indicado en el anexo 7.
